A wonderful classic vintage pearl sautoir from Chanel! It has three elements - goldtone rope twist chain, chain linked fabulous faux pearls, and six oval goldtone charms each edged with a double row of braiding pattern and decorated with a small oval amethyst cabochon set in the centre. It can be worn long or doubled for a versatile look. An added bonus is the classic round Chanel  push clasp decorated with the CC logo.

The sautoir has a signed and dated oval hangtag. From 1984.

Measurements

The total length of the sautoir is 38" (97cms) so it could easily be doubled around the neck. Each charm measures 0.75" long.

There is a minor loss of coating to one of the pearls otherwise this rare necklace is in excellent condition.
